Running into this issue on a regular basis, gave us the idea to create a place where both, Customers and Contractors, can have a peace of mind.
Our creative team is putting together a website where Customers can hire dependable and licensed professionals, while General Contractors can locate qualified Trades.
All Homeowners and Business Owners will be able to access our database and search through licensed General Contractors and Trades to choose the most suitable for their project.
They can contact professionals directly, list open projects, or review offers submitted by the service providers.
Trades will be listed and visible to all General Contractors and Customers, providing them with the convenience to easily connect and establish a working relationship.
They can also post open job positions and search through the jobseekers database for the right fit.
General Contractors will be listed and visible to all Customers and Trades, giving them the opportunity to gain many new Customers and select adequate Trades for their projects.

Everyone with experience in the construction industry will have the opportunity to upload their resume and apply for open positions.
This will allow all of our members to establish direct communication. There will be no extra fees for revealing contact information.
No matter where you are located in the United States, you will be able to locate the best General Contractors and Trades in your area.
While General Contractors and Trades pay the small fee to be listed in our database, they will not only be able to access job opportunities and long lasting business relationships, but also expand their marketing.
Customers can be sure that they are hiring the most fitting General Contractor or Trade.
You can choose from 4 account types: Customer, Trade, General Contractor or Jobseeker and select the appropriate subscription level based on your services.
Fill out all the required information and create your account. You will then be prompted to log in and complete your profile, to include all the services you provide, any previous projects, and the option to upload any licenses and submit for approval. Once verified, you will also receive a badge on your profile to show you are licensed.
After your profile is complete, you will be able to dive into our database and find the best fit for your next project or next job opportunity, while establishing long-lasting working relationships and enhance your marketing.

* Due to Locate GC being new on the market and still building a database, all users will utilize the FREE TRIAL until each state reaches a set number of subscriptions to justify the membership prices. After the target is reached, all registered Trades for that state will receive a one month notice before the paid subscription begins.
